Donn L. Smith Charter Class Scholarship (256030) » Donate Online

The Donn L. Smith Charter Class Scholarship was established by the first graduates of the USF College of Medicine in 1974. In honor of their graduation, the class presented Dean Donn L. Smith with an engraved silver plate and a check to create a scholarship for the College's future medical students. Your gift will allow the College to recognize and support additional outstanding 4th-year medical students.

The N. Donald Diebel, Jr., M.D. Memorial Medical Scholarship was established to honor the memory of COM alumnus Don Diebel (class of 1993) who died tragically in 2002. Contributions to this fund will help to establish an endowed scholarship to be awarded annually to a medical student in the College.

Project World Health is a student-led organization that provides medical assistance and supplies to underprivleged communities in Central America. Each year, a group of medical students travels to the region to deliver supplies and pharmaceuticals and provide healthcare at local clinics.
